EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread dressing mix
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 broiler fryer, cut up

Saute onion in butter; pour over dressing and toss; add enough water for desired consistency; turn dressing into 13"x9" baking dish. Spoon soup over all. Arrange chicken on top. Cover, bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour; uncover and bake 30 minutes longer. 6 servings.
