1 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Cinnamon and sugar mixture

Mix shortening, sugar, eggs. Mix in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Roll dough into balls and roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Put onto ungreased sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
