NO FRY MEAT BALLS 
2 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 onion, diced
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. pecans
5 eggs
Little salt, to taste

Mix all ingredients together - form into balls. Place in pan that has been oiled. Cover with tomato sauce. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
