1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3 eggs
3-4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix well and pour into 10 x 13 inch dish. Sprinkle 1 box yellow cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Melt 1 1/2 sticks butter and pour over top of cake mix. Sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts over top. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
