BROWNIES WITH ICING 
1/2 c. butter
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter over low heat. Add remaining ingredients and put in 9 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.

ICING:

2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. butter
1 box 10x sugar

Bring ingredients (except 10x sugar) to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add 1 box 10x sugar. While icing is hot, frost the fudge.
