VERMICELLI SALAD 
1/2 lb. cooked vermicelli noodles
2 onions, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 cans shrimp or crab
Chopped celery
Sliced stuffed olives

Mix vermicelli with onions and mayonnaise. Let stand overnight. When ready to serve, add rest of ingredients. Garnish with hard-boiled eggs.
