HOT CHICKEN WINGS 
4 lbs. chicken wings, cut at joint
2 (6 oz.) bottle of Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 c. melted butter

In large baking pan arrange wings. Combine butter and hot sauce, pour over wings. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours and are brown and crispy.
