HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) box med. egg noodles
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
8 oz. cooked ham, ground

Lightly butter pan. Cook noodles and drain. Mix ham, sour cream, cheese and noodles and fill pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until hot and crunchy around edge. Serve with green salad and hot bread. Also delicious reheated in dry skillet.
