QUICK BISCUITS 
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter

Beat flour and milk with a wire whisk. Batter will be thin. Put 1 tablespoon butter into each cup of muffin pan (6). Put pan in a hot (500 degree) oven until butter sizzles. Fill each cup with flour mixture until about 3/4 full. Bake at 500 degrees until brown (5-10 minutes). Makes 6 regular-size muffin biscuits.
