QUICK BISCUITS | |
2 c. self-rising flour 1/3 c. Crisco oil 2/3 c. buttermilk Sift flour, add oil and buttermilk all at once, stir with fork until dough follows fork around bowl. Sprinkle a small amount of flour on dough, pinch off, roll in hand and place on baking sheet. Press to flatten in biscuit. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 12 medium biscuits. |
