ST. PAUL'S RICE 
2 lb. sausage
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
4 1/2 c. water
1 c. rice
2 pkg. Lipton dry chicken noodle soup mix

Brown sausage, drain, saute pepper, onion and celery. Boil water; add rice and soup mix. Cook 7 minutes. Mix everything together. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
