APRICOT BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oatmeal

Blend until pea-like, press into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes.

FILLING:

1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. apricot preserves
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Pour over crust and bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes more. Cool, then cut into bars. Freeze well.
