PEAS AND MUSHROOMS IN CREAM
SAUCE
 
Thaw 10 ounce package frozen peas in large pan or skillet, combine 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced, 1/4 cup chopped onion and 1 cup whipping cream. Cook over medium heat until mushrooms begin to release juices. Add peas. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until liquid reduces to shiny sauce. Stir in salt and pepper to taste. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
