CRUNCHIES 
2 pkgs. (6 oz. each) wide style chow mein noodles or 8 c. Chex cereal
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 to 1 env. (1 1/4 oz.) reduced calorie Ranch salad dressing mix

Pour chow mein noodles (or cereal) into a microwave-safe 8x12 inch dish. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with dry Ranch dressing mix. Stir well to coat noodles. Microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring well after each minute to prevent burning. Cool, stirring occasionally. Makes 8 cups.

Each 1/2 cup serving: 174 calories, 3 g protein, 3 g fat, 13 g carbohydrates, 95 mg sodium, 3 mg cholesterol.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
