1 (12 oz.) pkg. elbow noodles 1 lg. can corn 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 sm. clove garlic or garlic salt 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 can mushroom soup 1 onion, chopped 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese Fry meat and onions until brown. Pour in tomato sauce and mushroom soup. Add noodles (that have been cooked in salted water). Add corn and cut up 1/2 the cheese and add. Put in greased casserole dish and sprinkle 1/2 cheese (grated) on top. Bake 30-40 minutes in 325 degree oven. Kids love this! |
