AMISH BARBECUE CHICKEN 
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

This is enough for 1 pound of meat or a little more if not desired so strong. Put chicken in layers in a roaster or casserole; salt and pepper to taste. Pour the sauce over it alternately.

Bake for 60 minutes at 350°F, uncovered.
