SPINACH SALAD 
1 bunch spinach
24 mushrooms
1/3 c. red and green pepper
4 hard boiled eggs
1/3 lb. crumbled bacon

Break spinach into small pieces. Slice eggs, mushrooms and peppers. Toss lightly in a bowl with the crumbled bacon. Reserve some of the bacon and egg slices to decorate the top of salad.

1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/3 c. sugar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp. ketchup

Mix until well blended. Pour over salad and toss lightly. Decorate with sliced eggs and bacon.
