B.B.Q. RIBS OR CHICKEN 
2 cans beer (any brand, I use Budweiser)
1 bottle BBQ sauce (your favorite)
Salt & pepper
Butter
Ribs or chicken

In a big bowl put meat 2 cans of beer, 1 bottle of BBQ sauce, about 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and 1 teaspoon butter. Mix well and marinate overnight. If you forget to marinate overnight, it can also be done last minute while coals are getting ready. Cook until done, basting meat with marinade during cooking.
