BBQ RIBS OR CHICKEN 
Loin back ribs (allow 1 lb. per person)
Chicken (2 pieces per person)
2 bottles reg. Open Pit BBQ sauce
1 bottle smokey - Open Pit BBQ sauce
1 lb. light brown sugar

Put ribs or chicken in a large pan. Cover with water and boil 20 minutes. Remove from water with tongs or fork and put in roasting pan. Layer on bottom of pan. Add both kinds of sauce. Do not use all at once. If you have more then 1 layer of meat, on top layer of meat sprinkle brown sugar and remaining sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Take out of oven and baste with sauce in bottom of pan.
