LEMON AND WINE CHICKEN 
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tbsp. oregano
1/2 tbsp. basil
Salt and pepper

Clean chicken. Place in roasting pan. Mix in bowl: oil, juice, and wine. Pour over chicken and then add all the spices.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until light golden brown. Some ovens may require a little more time.
