CHICKEN AND RICE 
Boneless chicken breast (cut into pieces)
1 bunch broccoli (floweretes) steamed and tender
1 3/4 c. Minute Rice
1 (8 oz.) can chicken broth
Sweet basil, garlic
1/2 c. chopped onion

In electric fry pan, saute chicken pieces, chopped onion, fresh garlic and 5 tablespoons of Hollywood safflower oil. Season with sweet basil.

When chicken is cooked, add chicken broth. When chicken mixture comes to a boil, add broccoli and then rice. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
