Med. baking potatoes
Butter
Salt and pepper
Spanish onions, sliced

Peel potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch slices. Place each potato in foil, butter, salt and pepper each one. Place onion slices between potato slices, seal in foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Invert potatoes and bake for 15 minutes longer. Open foil. Bake for 15 minutes longer. Cheese or bacon may be substituted for onion.
