ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
4 c. grated zucchini
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. seasoned herb stuffing mix
Slivered almonds
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
1 can water chestnuts

Melt butter and add to beaten eggs. Add all other ingredients, except almonds, and mix well. Sprinkle almonds on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
