2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
2 tbsp. hot water
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter, add cocoa and water. Blend in confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Pour or spread on brownies or cake. It will harden when cool.
