"MOTHER SPOGNARDI" BAKED CHICKEN | |
4 chicken breasts (or however many you need) Olive oil Italian style bread crumbs with parmesan cheese and a dash of cayenne pepper Fresh lemon juice Dip the chicken breasts in olive oil. Then coat the chicken breasts with the mixture of bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and cayenne pepper. Place in baking dish, dot each breast with a bit of butter, and sprinkle with FRESH lemon juice. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Bon apatite! |
