SMOKED SALMON FETTUCCINE 
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. minced onion
4 oz. cubed cream cheese
2 c. heavy cream
Dash Tabasco
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. fettuccine
Fresh ground pepper
8 oz. Nova Scotia salmon, diced
2 tbsp. minced parsley

Melt, butter add onion saute over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Add cream cheese. Stir until melted. Add cream and Tabasco keep warm.

Cook pasta in pot of boiling water with oil. Drain. Place in serving bowl. Add sauce toss gently add salmon and parsley. Toss and serve.
