MEATLOAF 
4 c. vegeburger
4 eggs
2 tsp. chicken style seasoning
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. sage
Salt to taste
2 med. onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 sm. green pepper
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. oil

Mix vegeburger in large bowl with eggs, onion, garlic, and chopped green pepper. Add paprika, sage, salt; mix well. Add cracker crumbs and oil. Mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan and cover with foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. During last 1/2 hour of baking brush with tomato sauce. Take foil off and brown during last 5 minutes of baking.

GRAVY:

1/4 c. flour
1/2 onion, diced
1 1/2 c. water
2 stalks celery, diced
2 tsp. beef style seasoning

Saute onion and celery until tender. Add flour or cornstarch and let brown. Add water and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Add seasoning. This yields 4 cups.
