APPLE CRISP 
8 lg. baking apples
1/2 c. barley malt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Familia cereal

Roast the Familia in a frying pan over low heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture is fragrant. Peel, core, and slice the apples and mix them with the cinnamon and barley malt. Place them in a 9x13 inch baking pan and cover with the roasted cereal. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes, until apples are soft. Press the cereal mixture into the apples and let cool before serving.
