CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1 med. to lg. Napa cabbage
1 bunch scallions, sliced, tops only
2 tbsp. oil
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, broken up
2/3 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. sesame seeds
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

In frying pan, saute 2 tablespoons oil, broken up Ramen noodles, almonds and sesame seeds. Brown and cool. In small saucepan, combine 3/4 cup oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Boil 2 minutes and cool. Combine all ingredients and serve.
