CAPPUCCINO CANDY 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. instant coffee
2 tsp. brand flavoring
1 c. evaporated milk
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
2 tsp. orange juice (or flavoring)
1 tsp. grated orange rind

Combine sugar, butter and nuts in heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate bits until melted. Add marshmallow creme, nuts, orange rind, instant coffee and flavoring. Beat until well blended. Pour into greased 12 x 9 inch pan. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares. Makes 3 pounds.
