BLUEBERRY PEACH PIE 
9 inch two crust pie pastry
2 c. fresh blueberries
2 c. fresh peaches
Juice of 1 lemon
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca
2 tbsp. butter
Sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg if desired

Prepare pie pastry. Combine blueberries, sliced peaches, lemon juice, sugar, tapioca and spice. Pour into crust, dot with butter and cover with top crust either plain or lattice, cut. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes then 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until juice is bubbling and crust is brown.
