POOR MAN'S STUFFED PEPPERS 
2 qts. stale bread
1 lg. can, crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. oregano
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can anchovy (optional)
10 Bell peppers
1 tsp. black pepper

Pull and cut stems from Bell peppers, make sure there is a hole so you can stuff the pepper. Put all dry ingredients in a large pot, then add your crushed tomatoes, making sure the mixture is like paste. Fill Bell peppers and fry at low heat with lid on frying pan.
