CHEESE DIP 
1 12 oz. Velveeta cheese, grated
2-4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
3-4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 small jar chopped pimentos
2 eggs, boiled and chopped
3/4 c. sweet pickle relish
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients and blend together. Store in refrigerator. If you like the taste of dill, you may add some chopped dill pickles, or add dill pickle juice. Serve with Ritz Crackers or your favorite cracker or chip.
