DILLED SHRIMP 
1 3/4 lb. unpeeled lg. fresh shrimp
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. minced shallots
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh dill
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dill sprigs, optional
Lemon slices, optional

Peel and devein shrimp. Set aside. Saute garlic and shallot in butter and olive oil in a large skillet until tender. Stir in shrimp; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. 3 minutes or until shrimp are cooked. Add lemon juice and next 3 ingredients, stirring well. Serve warm or cold. If desired garnish with dill and lemons. Serves 8-10 appetizers.
