LEWIS SHISH KA BOBS 
2 - 2 1/2 lbs. beef sirloin tip (cut into 1 1/2" cubes) (can use stew meat)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. vinegar or sherry
1 sm. onion, chopped (or 2 tsp. onion flakes)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Combine all ingredients except meat. Pour over beef cubes. Cover and marinate 6 hours or overnight. Thread cubes on metal skewers. If you want, alternate with potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, pineapple, green pepper, etc. Cook on grill.
