QUICK TUNA SALAD 
2 c. macaroni and cheese
1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) tuna
8 oz. can sweet peas
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 hard cooked eggs
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. salt

Drain and flake tuna; drain peas, chop eggs. Cook macaroni and cheese. Combine ingredients. Chill.

Cut 6 chilled tomatoes in sixth's to within 1/2 inch of bottom. Spread apart. Fill tomatoes with salad mixture. Place tomatoes on lettuce leaf.
