FRESH RASPBERRY TEA BREAD | |
1 c. mashed raspberries 2 tsp. or tbsp. lemon juice 1 egg 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 3 c. biscuit mix Combine berries and lemon juice. Set aside, in a bowl mix egg, sugar and milk, stir in biscuit mix, then berries, pour dough into a well-greased and floured loaf, bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until center is done. Serve warm or cold. |
