RANGER OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. vegetable shortening
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 eggs, one at a time
1 tsp. vanilla

2 c. sifted all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

1 c. quick cooking minute oats
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. Rice Krispies

Bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes. Yield: 6 dozen.
