1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
3 zucchini (about 6" long)
1 c. chocolate chips

In large bowl cream together sugars, butter and oil. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk; stir well. Sift together dry ingredients and then sift into the mixing bowl. Grate the zucchini, skin and all into the bowl. Stir until well blended. Pour into a greased and floured 13"x9" pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Let cool. Serve plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
