APPLE DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Salted Spanish nuts (peanuts with skin on)

Cream together cream cheese and both sugars. Add vanilla and stir. Then add peanuts. Cut apples into wedges. Dip and enjoy.

HINT: If taking somewhere, take apples whole with a knife and have guests cut their own when needed, saves the apples from turning brown too soon.
