SIX LAYER DINNER 
Raw potatoes, sliced
Raw carrots, sliced
Raw onions, sliced
1 can vege-burger
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup OR 2 c. whole tomatoes

Grease bottom of casserole. Add 1 inch layer of potatoes, layer of carrots, layer of onions, vege-burger and rice. Cover with tomatoes, or if using soup add water to cover. Season layers to taste.

Vary amounts of vegetables according to number to be served. Bake in moderate oven until vegetables are tender.
