RUSSIAN SPICED TEA 
5 tsp. orange pekoe tea leaves
4 c. boiling water
4 sticks cinnamon
1 tsp. heads from cloves
Juice of 6 oranges (2 c.)
Juice of 3 lemons (1/2 c.)
2 c. sugar

Steep 5 heaping tsp. of tea leaves in 2 cups boiling water for 5 minutes in a non-metallic bowl. Add cinnamon, cloves to 2 cups boiling water for 5 minutes. Add juices, sugar and strained tea. Return to boil and turn off heat. Serve hot.
