BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Cream butter with sugar. Add crumbs. Mix thoroughly. Press into 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool before adding filling.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 c. sugar
4 bananas, sliced
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) carton non-dairy whipped topping
1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped (opt.)
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, chopped (opt.)

Beat cream cheese and sugar together until well blended. Spread over crust. Slice bananas evenly over cream cheese. Spread pineapple over bananas. Top with whipped topping. Garnish with nuts and cherries. Refrigerate. Makes 12 servings.
