MICROWAVE MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. fine cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten lightly
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. fine herbs

Mix together thoroughly and shape into a loaf. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes on high. If not using a rotating carousel, rotate half way through cooking time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
