PINTO BEAN SALAD | |
2 cans pinto beans with jalapenos 1 med. onion, chopped 1 med. bell pepper, chopped 1 c. sharp cheese, cut in 1/4 inch cubes 1 sm. bottle Catalina salad dressing Pour beans in a colander and rinse with cold water. Drain. Add other ingredients and the salad dressing. Mix well, will keep for several days. Refrigerate. |
