BACON QUICHE 
12 slices lean bacon, fried crisp
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (2 oz.-1/2 c.)
1/2 c. shredded Colby cheese (can add extra cheese to taste)
1/3 c. chopped onion

Crumble bacon and toss with onion and cheese. Spread in lightly greased 8 to 9 inch glass pie pan. Set aside.

2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick or Jiffy biscuit mix
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Pour this mixture on top of cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Bake until golden brown and knife comes out cleanly. Let set 5 minutes before cutting.
