BUTTERMILK MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. sharp Cheddar cheese (bar cheese or other kinds may be used)
1 tbsp. dry celery leaves

Make meatballs and top with undiluted cream of celery soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
