1 sm. box yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box peach Jello
1/3 c sugar
1 stick butter
1 lg. can peaches, sliced with juice

Empty peaches into a long cake pan. Sprinkle Jello evenly over peaches. Mix cake mix according to box directions and spread evenly over Jello. Slice butter over cake mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until pie is brown.
