STEAK MARINADE 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. corn oil
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. garlic salt

Pierce beef, chicken or pork on both sides. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer and garlic salt. Put meat in marinade sauce and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Ready for the grill or oven broiler.
