FOUR LAYER CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
3/4 c. nuts
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. size Cool Whip
1 box instant chocolate pudding

Layer 1: Mix flour, butter and nuts and press in oblong baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.

Layer 2: Mix sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip with mixer. Spread over cooled first layer.

Layer 3: Mix instant chocolate pudding by directions on box. Spread over layer 2.

Layer 4: Spread rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate overnight or about 5 hours.
